基于气力输送原理,设计了一套以S7-200可编程序控制器（PLC）为控制器，触摸屏为人机界面的自动投饵系统。论述了投饵设备的组成及工作原理, 控制系统的设计以及软件实现。通过PLC系统对下料速度、投饵时间、停饵时间等参数进行设定，实现自动投饵控制。试验结果表明，该系统达到设计要求，输送管长320m时投饵量可达1.1t/h，定量精度为±1.5%。
