提出一种基于Web Services的解决方案，能够无缝地集成SNMP agents并对之进行管理。通过现有的Internet协议，将对SNMP agents的管理操作转化为基于Web Services的方法调用，并通过SOAP协议传输管理信息。给出了该方案的设计与实现及相应的结果分析。
