非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)是最常见的淋巴系统恶性肿瘤之一，其中绝大多数为B淋巴细胞来源。常规治疗疗效虽比较满意，但仍有较多的复发比例[1][2]。本研究以B细胞淋巴瘤的CD20抗原作为治疗靶点，选用放射性核素131I标记针对CD20＋的单克隆抗体，观察其在体外对B细胞淋巴瘤细胞的杀伤作用。
