下颌后缩是安氏Ⅱ类错 中较常见的畸形类型,除影响儿童口颌系统功能及生长发育外,还会影响肌肉和关节,形成功能紊乱,是导致颞下颌关节功能紊乱症(TMJD) 的主要因素之一。本文用Bionator 矫治器治疗下颌后缩伴TMJD的替牙期患者,用闭口薛氏位关节片观察治疗前后颞下颌关节的改变,以评价其疗效。
