探讨CD44v6与环氧合酶2（cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2）的表达与腮腺多形性腺瘤复发和恶化的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测19例正常腮腺组织、25例初发多形性腺瘤、15例第一次复发多形性腺瘤、15例第二次复发多形性腺瘤和13例癌在多形性腺瘤组织中CD44v6与COX-2的表达,采用SPSS 15.0软件包分析CD44v6与COX-2与腮腺多形性腺瘤复发和恶化的相关性。
