近日，柔性电子（未来技术）学院黄维院士、王建浦教授带领的研究团队在环境友好型钙钛矿发光二极管（LED）领域取得重大突破，在国际上首次利用一步旋涂法实现了大面积外延生长的高质量锡基钙钛矿薄膜，突破了传统外延方法在大面积器件制备方面的局限性，相关研究成果发表在《自然·纳米技术》（Nature Nanotechnology）上。
