针对一类具有范数有界不确定性和多状态滞后的广义系统, 基于线性矩阵不等式方法, 研究状态矩阵、 状态时滞矩阵和控制器都存在摄动时的非脆弱H∞保性能控制问题, 得到了广义闭环系统渐近稳定且具有H∞范数界γ的时滞相关充分条件, 给出了无记忆非脆弱H∞保性能控制器的设计方法, 并用数值例子表明了该方法的有效性。

结合罚函数法的思想, 提出一种初始点任意的广义投影变尺度算法求解非线性等式和不等式约束优化问题, 克服了Maratos效应的校正方向自动产生显式表达式, 并在适当的条件下证明了算法是全局收敛的, 且具有超线性收敛性. 实验结果表明算法有效。
