近十年来,荧光激活液滴分选技术(FADS)快速发展,已成为一种强大的超高通量筛选工具,广泛应用于酶、代谢产物和抗体筛选。高灵敏度荧光偶联策略(FCSs)是FADS应用拓展的关键技术,可将酶活性、代谢产物浓度、抗体亲和力等性质与荧光信号进行偶联,实现目标物质定量检测,是FADS应用发展关键环节之一。截止目前,一系列FCSs已经被开发,极大地扩展了FADS的应用(图1)。
