目的：探讨CMTM8及E-cadherin在原发性和转移性肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测17例原发性肾透明细胞癌组织、8例癌旁正常肾组织、9例肾透明细胞癌肺转移组织和10例肾透明细胞癌骨转移组织的CMTM8及E-cadherin表达。
摘要为了研究E-cadherin 基因启动子甲基化在胃癌发生及发展阶段中的作用，实验采用甲基化特异性PCR和免疫组化的方法对异型增生（23例）、早期胃癌（20例）和进展期胃癌（20例）石蜡标本进行启动子甲基化状态及蛋白表达的的分析。结果表明 E-cadherin基因启动子在异型增生、早期胃癌和进展期胃癌中均有甲基化，其阳性率分别为78.3%，80%和90% , 经x2检验各病例组与正常组(30%)...
