摘要对T1代转番木瓜环斑病毒(PRV)复制酶(RP)突变体基因的两个番木瓜株系,进行了抗病性和分子生物学分析。结果表明,转基因番木瓜对PRV抗性达到高抗或免疫,目的基因RP遗传至转基因后代并在RNA水平表达,PCR可检测到CaMV35S启动子序列、标记基因NPTII。
