为了深入研究近年来新发现的一类糖转运蛋白SWEET基因家族在植物中的作用,本研究介绍了植物SWEET基因家族的发现,归纳总结了SWEET基因的蛋白质结构、进化分析结果和在植物中的生理功能。指出SWEET转运蛋白具有多种不同的生理功能,在植物生长发育及代谢活动中起了重要的作用。为后续在植物中研究SWEET基因家族提供一定的理论基础。
