目的探讨舌下腺恶性肿瘤的临床病理特征及治疗方法。方法对1955—2005年四川大学华西口腔医院颌面外科收治的30例舌下腺恶性肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果30例舌下腺恶性肿瘤患者中，男性18例，女性12例；平均年龄50.6岁。腺样囊性癌为舌下腺恶性肿瘤最常见的病理类型（56.7%）；临床分期中Ⅲ期最常见（56.7%），局部复发和远处转移是患者死亡的主要原因，局部复发率为30.0%，远处转移率为26....
