比较HIV感染和非HIV感染患者慢性根尖周炎的炎性因子及免疫功能的差异。方法: 收集48例(24例HIV感染患者和24例非HIV感染患者)慢性根尖周炎患者手术切除的慢性根尖周炎病变组织,组织来源于患者牙齿,所有患者在手术之前未进行牙髓治疗,用光学显微镜对标本进行组织病理学和免疫组化分析。免疫表达分为2级:局灶性至弱与中至强。
